Relay for Life is coming October 4th and 5th to Cerro Coso Community College and will be held at our track in the athletic complex. The event begins at 9:00am and ends at 9:00am the following day. By now you have realized that we are well on our way of the season of fund raising. However, what some may not realize is why we include Relay for Life and encourage all of you to join our College’s team, Coyotes for the Cure, in our fund raising efforts. Cancer knows no boundaries. It doesn’t care if you are male or female, what your ethnicity is, your age, or your socio-economic status, or even if your family genes are prone to it happening or not…it can just show up! Therefore, in honor and memory of those who have fought cancer we have established our team, Coyotes for a Cure, which includes YOU. All you have to do is first login and register at http://main.acsevents.org/site/TR?team_id=1699809&pg=team&fr_id=57739, then participate in our targeted fund raising efforts, sign up for a time to walk, and lastly show up to walk when the time comes.
