College Offering Acting for Adults

Ridgecrest, California – Cerro Coso Community College is offering the popular Community Education class Acting for Adults for ages 17 and older this fall.

This class provides a great opportunity to build self-confidence, learn techniques for memorizing scripts and acting on stage, improve communication skills, and understand the role of an actor/actress.

The class will meet on Tuesdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the College Lecture Center, August 25 – December 9, 2014.

For a fee of $40 expert instructor Elena Vitale will teach participants how to understand their emotions, live in the moment, build confidence, increase creativity, captivate an audience, communicate, and learn to listen to ones impulses.

This class does not award college credit and is open to the public.
