The semester is almost over—just a few weeks left and before you know it finals will be here. The Cerro Coso Library and Learning Assistance Center are offering pre-finals help so students can get the most out of their studying.

The Learning Assistance Center is offering a two-day Coyote SLAM (pre-finals) study sessions on Tuesday, May 6 and Wednesday, May 7 from 6 to 10 p.m. in Room 704 of the Learning Resource Center. Tutors will be on hand to provide answers to questions, help with papers, and provide final exam study tips. The SGCC will provide snacks and pizza.

The Library will be serving coffee and donuts in the mornings the week before finals (Monday - Thursday, May 5 – 8) and the first 2 days of finals week (Monday and Tuesday May 12 and 13). Come on down and tank up on the good stuff for finals week! Also, drop-in citation help with the librarian the week before finals and finals week: Mon. 5:30-8:30pm Wed. 10:00am-12:00pm and 5:30-8:30pm Tues. 12:00-3:00pm Thurs. 12:00-3:00pm.

One of the most important things to remember during finals week is not to stress out too much! Stay calm, focus, and work hard and you will do great on your final exams.

Keep calm and study on with pre-finals help from the CCCC Library and Learning Center
