The Kern River Valley campus of Cerro Coso Community College has scheduled the last College Placement Exam before the new semester on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 10 a.m.
The College Placement Exam is administered to all incoming students to evaluate academic potential, assist in selecting course work at the appropriate level, and to determine proficiencies in writing, reading and mathematics.
The College Placement Exam may only be taken once so students are encouraged to study and prepare prior to taking the exam. Sample questions and information to study for the exam are available at Counseling: Assessment/College Placement.

Spring 2013 classes begin January 14.
