Cerro Coso To Offer Introduction to Solar Power

Thinking about using solar? Do you know the right questions to ask? Is your installer NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Practitioners) certified?

Enroll now in Cerro Coso's solar class "Introduction to Solar Power" and find out the "ins and outs" and the "dos and don'ts" of solar power…including all the questions you should ask your installer.

The Introduction to Solar Power class (CRN 30529) begins on Friday, April 2 from 11 a.m. to 12:20 a.m. in East Wing 206 with Instructor Larry Board.

This course provides an introduction to the basic concept of solar energy and will show the student how solar energy is captured and transformed into electrical power.

Some hands on demonstrations will occur in the classroom.
