ESCC Bishop Offering Drawing Class This Spring

The Cerro Coso Community College, Eastern Sierra College Center, Bishop Campus is offering a 3-unit combined Drawing I and II class this spring. This class will include different levels from beginner to advanced and will explore various subjects, techniques, and materials such as pencils, charcoal, pastels, and ink. Students will develop and expand perceptual skills that enable them to draw from direct observation and for personal artistic expression. If you love to draw, or if you are a beginner, this is the class for you! The beginner's class is Drawing I, ART C121, CRN #30030 and the advanced class is Drawing II, ART C221, CRN #30039. Both classes will be held in the Art Room of the Bishop Campus on Mondays and Wednesdays this Spring from 11:50 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The first class will meet on Wednesday, January 20, 2010.

The Spring 2010 semester officially starts on Monday, January 18, 2010 which is a Federal holiday; classes will convene on Tuesday, January 19, 2010. Visit the Cerro Coso Community College website at www.cerrocoso.edu for a full list of courses and plan your Spring 2010 schedule of classes. New this year for Cerro Coso is the ability for students to go to their BanWeb account and put themselves on a wait list (sign-up sheet) for classes that are full. The wait list can be used for both on campus or online classes.
