Bishop Campus Offers "Introduction to Environmental Portraiture"

The Cerro Coso Community College, Eastern Sierra College Center, Bishop Campus is offering a Community Education workshop on the "Introduction to Environmental Portraiture." This one day workshop, instructed by John Wilson, will meet from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at the Bishop Campus, Computer Classroom, Room 120-1. There is a $65 Community Education fee for this class. Topics to be covered include selecting a location, using reflectors and fill flash, poising, using props, lighting, and using natural light to create an in house portrait studio. There will be two photo sessions were students will have an opportunity to photograph models. The workshop includes critique and discussion of the student's photography. This class is limited to 20 students and the minimum age is 15 years.

Students are to print and complete the "Student Registration Form" found on the College website at www.cerrocoso.edu/communityed under Bishop Campus. To register mail or fax your completed form to the phone number and address listed at the top of the form. You can also register in person at the Admissions and Records Office.
