Growing Native Plants Class Offered at College

Growing Native Plants: Techniques and Ecology will be offered by Cerro Coso Community College this spring.

This new class will give you the hands on knowledge to germinate local plants from seed and grow seedlings. In addition, class discussions and fieldtrips will focus on the ecology of local plant communities and identification of common flowering shrubs. This spring will be a great year to see the valley floor in bloom.

This 1-unit short term class (CRN:33345) is taught by Lizzy Wenk and meets at the Bishop campus Fridays from 1:00 - 7:00 p.m.
