Cerro Coso College to Co-Host Astronomy Guest Speaker

Ever wondered what those large white domes near Big Pine were and what they
did??? Well wonder no more! Cerro Coso Community College, Eastern Sierra
Center – Bishop Campus will be co-hosting guest speaker Stuartt Corder from
the California Institute of Technology and the Combined Array for Research
in Millimeter-Wave Astronomy (CARMA) to demystify the mystery. Stuartt
Corder will be speaking on the Bishop Campus on Tuesday, Sept. 18 at 4 p.m.
in room 176.
His talk is entitled "Making Good CARMA!" Corder will be giving an overview
of the CARMA project located near Big Pine, CA. The public is cordially
invited to attend this fascinating talk on CARMA.
