Cerro Coso to Host "Battle of the Bands"

The Associated Students of Cerro Coso (ASCC) are hosting a "Battle of the Bands" on Saturday, March 24, 2007. This event will start at 10:00 am and conclude at 6:00 pm. The "Battle of the Bands" will take place inside the Cerro Coso gymnasium.

• Participation will be limited to 10 bands and is on a first come, first serve basis.
• The bands will play 30-minute sets and placement will be luck of the draw.
• A $35.00 entry fee will be charged and must be paid at the time of submitting your entry blank.
• The band must furnish their own instruments and equipment.
• Prizes will be awarded.

To sign up for this event contact Anna Sue Eldridge or a board member of the Associated Students of Cerro Coso (ASCC) in the Student Activities Office, Room 248. For additional information call the Student Activities Office at 384-6353.

Admission for the general public is $3.00 and ASCC card holders are FREE. There will be food and soft drinks available for purchase at this event.
