Register Now for the Spring 2007 at IWV

Cerro Coso Community College registration for the Spring 2007 semester is currently underway. You may register on-campus or on-line at www.cerrocoso.edu/coyoteconnection. Classes begin Saturday, January 20, 2007 for on-line and Monday, January 22nd for on-campus.

The Admissions and Records Office is open from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. until 12 noon on Fridays. And the College Bookstore is open the same hours to accommodate all of the student's textbook needs.

On-campus registration operates on a first come, first served basis and is open to all new, continuing, and returning students. A complete list of the Spring 2007 schedule of classes is available on-campus or through the College website at www.cerrocoso.edu.

Call the College Counseling Office today at 384-6219 to set up a counseling appointment, or to sign up for the College Placement Exam (CPE). The CPE exam includes multiple choice in reading, writing, and math and there is also an Orientation and Essay Exam). There are College Placement Exams scheduled for:

• January 8th from 3:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. (Orientation and Essay)
• January 10th from 1:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. (CPE)
• January 12th from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. (CPE)
• January 17th from 2:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.(CPE)
• January 22nd from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. (CPE)
  
  Contact the Counseling Office for more details on taking the Orientation and Essay exam on-line.

Cerro Coso Community College will be closed during the winter recess from December 18, 2006 through January 1, 2007. The College will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2007.
