Cerro Coso Looking For Bands To Participate In "Battle of the Bands"

Ridgecrest, CA – February 21, 2006

The Associated Students of Cerro Coso (ASCC) are hosting a "Battle of the Bands" Saturday, March 11, 2006. This fun-filled event starts at 11:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm inside the Cerro Coso gymnasium. Sign up for bands are now being conducted.

• Participation will be limited to 10 bands and is on a first come first serve basis.
• The bands will play 30-minute sets and placement will be luck of the draw.
• A $25.00 entry fee will be charged and must be paid at the time of submitting the band participation entry form.
• The band must furnish their own instruments and equipment.
• Prizes will be awarded.

There will be food and soft drinks available for purchase. The admission fee for spectators will be only $2.00 payable at the door.
