CCCC Becomes "Official" Prometric Testing Center
Ridgecrest, CA – December 2, 2003
Cerro Coso Community College is proud to announce its partnerships with
Certiport and Prometric to provide our community with the opportunity to
take over 1,500 Information Technology (IT) exams locally at the new Cerro
Coso Testing Center beginning November 21, 2003. The Grand Opening of the
Test Center will be held on Friday, December 5, 2003.
Through Certiport, exam candidates can take the Microsoft Office Special
(MOS) certification exams. This certification provides formal recognition of
proficiency in one or more of the Microsoft Office desktop application of
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook, For students and
employees this certificate can be a valuable asset in any job search or
career advancement, giving a competitive edge in the job market. For
employers this certificate indicates that the employees have the
prerequisite office software skills to get the job done.
As a special promotion, the first 50 MOS exams will be offered at an
introductory price of $25 per exam (regular pricing ranges from $50-$109)!!
In addition, Certiport's No Fear Campaign offers unsuccessful exam
candidates a $10 voucher to retake the test within 30 days. What a deal!!
This offer is good through December 31, 2003.
Our partnership with Prometric provides over 1500 exams including:

- Microsoft Professional Exams (MCP, MCSE, MCSA)

- Over 1,500 different exams are available
