Cerro Coso Community College is offering a Community Education class on
"Small Business Accounting." This two session class will meet on
Tuesday, April 20, 2010 and Thursday, April 22, 2010 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00
p.m. in the East Wing of the College, Room 210. There is a $25.00
Community Education fee for this course and the minimum age is 16 years old.
Class size is limited to 30. Students will learn the basics of running
the financial end of your small business. Discussion will include the
basics of accounting, reports important for your business, software
solutions, and resources available to help. This course will be
instructed by Suzette Caufield who has worked in the business field since
1985. Her experience includes business and bookkeeping consulting for
over 100 businesses and individuals and working with CPAs to prepare client
books for tax preparation.
