Digital Photography and Image Processing Workshop

The Cerro Coso Community College, Eastern Sierra College Center, Bishop Campus is offering a Community Education workshop on "Introduction to Digital Photography and Image Processing." This two day course, instructed by John Wilson, will meet on Friday, October 23, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday, October 24, 2009 from 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. This class will be held at the Bishop Campus in Room 120-1. There is a $75 Community Education fee for this course. This workshop is designed to help those individuals starting in photography, trying to learn how to use new photographic equipment or wanting to learn more about Adobe Photoshop and/or RAW software. Topics covered include: how to use various camera controls, controlling exposure, composition, use of camera accessories, editing and correcting images. Student's work will also be critiqued. This class is limited to 20 students and the minimum age is 15 years.

Students are to print and complete the "Student Registration Form" found on the College website at www.cerrocoso.edu/communityed under Bishop Campus. To register mail or fax your completed form to the phone number and address listed at the top of the form. You can also register in person at the Admissions and Records Office.
